Irin Carmon and Shana Knizhnik’s Notorious RBG The Life and Times of Ruth Bader Ginsburg
“The pedestal upon which women have been placed has all too often, upon closer inspection, been revealed as a cage.”
While my sister was visiting, we thought it would be fun to listen to an audio book together on the long drives to and from my site high up in the Andes Mountains. We both had wanted to read this book about Notorious RBG and it is only about 5 hours long on audio book, so it was a perfect choice. I absolutely loved this read. RBG has made huge strides in women advocation in her lifetime and she is a truly inspirational woman of our times. I picked up a lot of great insights into some of the fight to bring equality to all people and some of the laws that have slowly been helping to improve our American society. I would highly recommend this read!
